Get Inspired. Get Equipped. Get Registered.
We are honored to host Jacquelyn Smith, a mom and pro-life advocate. She has a powerful story about fighting for her daughter, Gemma. Gemma was diagnosed with Trisomy 18, life-limiting condition that frequently ends in abortion.
When doctors did not believe Gemma’s life was worth living, Jacquelyn and her family fiercely fought for her dignity. They rejected recommendations to abort. Jacquelyn gave birth to Gemma, who was baptized and spent 30 beautiful hours enveloped in love before entering eternal rest in the arms of her Savior.
Because of her journey, Jacquelyn became a key advocate for the Texas Perinatal Palliative Care Act (SB 1233). This is a new law unique to Texas. It is being set up in hospitals across our state to protect families and precious lives just like Gemma's.
Hear this incredible story of courage, and learn how your participation in this June's Walk for Life will directly impact the ongoing mission of protecting unborn lives and vulnerable families in Texas.
