One kit is a step-by-step "Parents' Guide to Achieving Comprehensive Sexuality Education in Your Community's Schools." The goal is to help parents get real sex ed into their local schools, promoting condoms, not abstinence. Why would abortion providers be concerned about abstinence education? Because it is working! The rate of teenage pregnancy in the United States has dropped to its lowest level in 20 years, according to new figures from the National Center for Disease Control and has been attributed to a leveling off of sexual activity (source: New York Times).
